About use of the location information retrieval service

Regular routed buses operated by the company (excluding certain routes and bus stops)
*Please note that information cannot be retrieved for expressway buses, provisional shuttle buses, and certain community buses through the service.

Note

Location information may not be correctly displayed or may disappear from the display screen in the event of storms (typhoons, snowfall, sudden downpours, etc.) caused by bad weather, sudden accidents, or other occurrences putting buses out of operation or greatly delaying them.
In addition, owing to the system setup, information cannot be retrieved at the starting bus stop on certain routes. Please confirm the departure time noted on the schedule at the bus stop.
